How it works

From choosing your gear to packing it away, here’s what to expect.

  1. Browse the hire menu and choose your equipment.

  2. Send your dates and equipment choices by DM, email or the contact form.

  3. We’ll confirm availability and pricing, then send an invoice with payment details to secure the booking.

  4. Collect from Osborne Park using the instructions provided. A user manual will also be sent before pickup.

  5. Pack everything away and return it by the agreed time.

All hires are subject to our terms and conditions.

  • All hires are self-serve pickup from Osborne Park. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send collection instructions and your return time. [Add pickup and return windows, e.g. collect from 3pm, return by 10am.]

  • Our prices are for a standard weekend hire: 3 days / 2 nights. Need it for longer, or just one night? Ask when you enquire and we’ll tailor it to suit.

  • [Add what fits where, e.g. projector kits fit in any car; large and XL screens need a hatchback, SUV or ute.] Not sure? Ask us when you enquire.

  • Not at all. We send a user manual before pickup with step-by-step setup instructions. Bring your own device and content, and we include the cables and adapters you need.

  • Yes. Outdoor projection needs darkness for the best picture, so plan to start after sunset. [Add any weather notes, e.g. keep equipment dry and bring it inside if it rains.]
