To lock in your XO Films experience, a $50 deposit is required at the time of booking. When booking, please select the time slot that suits you best for picking up your setup. This ensures we have everything ready and running smoothly for your chosen night. The remaining balance will be invoiced to you before your event.

Our self-serve option lets you pick up your XO Films kit from Osborne Park, set it up at home, and enjoy the night at your own pace before returning it the next day. No delivery schedules, no waiting around - just a smooth, stress free way to bring the big screen home.

Cancellation Policy: Cancel 24+ hours in advance for a full refund. For bad weather, we’ll reschedule or offer a partial refund, your choice.
