To lock in your XO Films experience, a $50 deposit is required at the time of booking. When booking, please select the time slot that suits you best for either picking up your setup or having it delivered to your door. This ensures we have everything ready and running smoothly for your chosen night. The remaining balance will be invoiced to you before your event.

Cancellation Policy: Cancel 24+ hours in advance for a full refund. For bad weather, we’ll reschedule or offer a partial refund, your choice.
